By car: Travel to the end of the M4, halfway between Carmarthen and Swansea. From the roundabout, take the A483, and then proceed about 4 miles into Ammanford.
By public transport: Ammanford is on the Swansea to Shrewsbury railway line, and there are also good bus services into the town from all directions.
Directions to Cardigan
By car: Travel to the end of the M4, and then continue along the A48 as far as Carmarthen. At the roundabout on the outskirts of Carmarthen, turn right onto the A40, and then after 2 miles, turn left at the roundabout onto the A484. Follow this road for 25 miles to Cardigan.
By public transport: There are good bus services into the town from all directions.

By car: Travel along the M4 until J46, then turn West onto the A48, and follow the signs to Gorseinon.

By car: From the end of the M4, take the A483 to Carmarthen. Then follow the A40 for about 30 miles to Haverfordwest.
By public transport: Haverfordwest is on the main London to Milford Haven railway line. There are also good bus services into the town from all directions.
Directions to Neath
By car: Travel along the M4 until J43, then turn North onto the A465 Heads of the Valleys road. In about 2 miles, take the exit signed "Neath", and follow the signs to the town centre.
By public transport: Neath is on the main railway line between London and Swansea. There are also excellent bus services into the town, from all directions.
Directions to Pembroke
By car: From the end of the M4, take the A483 to Carmarthen, followed by the A40 to St Clears. Then follow the A477 for about 15 miles, and finally take the A4075 for the last 2 miles into Pembroke.
By public transport: Ammanford is on the London to Milford Haven railway line, and there are also good bus services into the town from all directions. |
